With the few warm days we just had, we were able to spread a lot of manure from our cows on our garden. We use no chemical fertilizer, so we rely on our cows to make enough manure for our organically grown produce. The garlic is up and growing well, and today we were able to plant beets, lettuce, peas, spinach, and swiss chard. We will keep you updated on the growth!
